Features

These two new freezers in the Superartic series specially designed for the storage of plasma products.
Both freezers have a temperature range is from -35°C to -40°C and have been approved by the TGA medical devices.

these cabinets are constructed internally with stainless steel and externally from white colorbond steel. Polyurethane foam insulation is used to help maintain the internal temperature.  Heavy duty castors are used to keep the freezers stable when they are being moved.  Cabinets constructed with stainless steel exterior are available at an extra cost.

Both models feature the latest controller technology with backlit alphanumeric LCD display for easy temperature adjustments and a password protect on/off option which prevents set point modifications without authorisation. Audibleand visual alarms including recording of high/low temperature, power failure, door open and dirty condensor alarmsnotify the user should a problem occur during operation.

The DMLP Printer is used to create a historic list of data recorded. It's inkless and uses standard thermal paper. It performs an automatic weekly print and an automatic print of alarms (with date, hour, alarm and maximum temperature reached). Several print on request options are also available such as daily print and a continuous print to monitor specific processes (door open, alarms and faults). Temperatures can be printed in both tabular and graphic modes, with different resolution degrees.

Sliding aluminium drawers can be used in the Superartic range which allow for the easy storage and retrieval of frozen samples. The drawers are extractable on telescopic guides, are adjustable in height and also have moveable dividers. Each drawer can be completely removed should more room be required within the cabinet. The base of the drawers is made with open wire mesh to ensure air circulation throughout the cabinet is maintained.

Solid Lockable Front Doors
Both cabinets have high capacity fully insulated doors which help to maintain the set temperature inside the cabinet. A magnetic PVC gasket helps to keep the door securely closed and prevent cold air escaping. When the door is opened, a micro switch automatically stops the circulating fan. Key lockable doors are supplied with both cabinets to keep your products safe should you leave the freezers unattended.

Advanced Defrosting System
These refrigerators feature an advanced defrosting system which is only operated when necessary and it not on pre-set cycle times. This will reduce power consumption and increase stability and uniformity of internal temperatures.

Electronic SD Card
Both plasma storage freezers feature an independent digital alarm system which monitors all temperature and alarm functions. This monitor is the first system ever equipped with an extractable secure digital card able to record data for over five years which can then be downloaded to any Windows PC using the Capture 4 software supplied.

System Check
A simple ‘system test' can be made by pressing and holding the ‘test' button on the front panel. This will test the backup battery, signalling buzzer, audible and visual alarms and simulate a door open alarm.

Optional High Alarm Test The monitoring devices on the Fiocchetti Plasma Storage Freezers can be easily tested using a simple ‘push button' test developed by Thermoline. This test, which only takes a few seconds, will activate the high alarm on the freezer. The results will be recorded and displayed on the printer or chart recorder. This addition to the freezers will eliminate manual testing which requires users to remove and heat the temperature sensor by placing it in a cup of warm water to increase the temperature (activating the high temperature alarm). There are two recording options which are available:
Option 1: Simple press button to activate and view the high alarms. Results printed out.
