Some key measures we undertake to attain service successMaintenance SoftwareEvery service enquiry is logged into the MEX MS maintenance software system, where it remains under constant monitoring, to ensure milestones, deadlines and promises are fulfilled. Equipment once details are entered into the system, is historically monitored to give an accurate log of CSK Climatek service history. This can useful to determine whether an item is becoming uneconomical to continue to repair. In fact, the MEX MS System forms an integral part of CSK Climatek's internal quality control system. From logging of service jobs to the parts store, controlling all these measures enables us to perform service with minimal delay and fuss. Employee Training, Improvement & Safety

Workshop Facility
Our workshop is located in Darra, Brisbane, CSK Climatek is strategically placed to service the city and outer suburb areas. Our facilities include designated work areas fully equipped with tooling and test apparatus for repairs of a variety of equipment as well as sheetmetal fabrication. Where on site repairs are necessary, each service technician is provided with a mobile workshop well equipped to carry our general repairs in most circumstances. Preventative Maintenance Preventative Maintenance Inspection or PMI is a time scheduled program which is established to maintain equipment to an optimal, fully functional level ‘preventing' breakdown issues. A healthy by-product of such a program being in place is providing a safe workplace for operators and immediate employees, whilst minimizing costly, often inconvenient downtime due to breakdown. Time frames can vary and be tailored to suit individual cases. Common frequencies include 3, 4, 6, and 12mthly. Benefits of having a CSK Climatek PMI in place • Fully documented service report in the form of a compiled check sheet provided upon completion of the maintenance service. Details of any faults or anomalies found, and notes whether these need rectification or monitoring only. • Service history is compiled and logged in our MEX MS system. A complete CSK Climatek PMI (and breakdown) service log can be generated for each serviced item. • Equipment performance is maintained with confidence and piece of mind • Equipment service life is better assured to reach that as quoted by supplier • Faults and anomalies can be detected prior to a major issue arising • Scheduling follow up repairs in a pro-active (not re-active) manner • Fulfill requirements of regulatory bodies or processes such as TGA, FDA, NATA, HACCP, Cold Chain and/ or in-house quality assurance policies • Assist with warranty claims within supplier warranty period on equipment. Proof that equipment is being maintained. • For equipment fabricated or supplied by CSK Climatek, extended warranty periods can be offered if a PMI is undertaken by us. • Various equipment types and checks can be included within the one PMI
Equipment Refurbishment At CSK Climatek, we have the experience and ability to refurbish your equipment should replacement be a distant possibility. In many cases, equipment may still possess a good basis such as the cabinet structure upon which a refurbishment can be performed. For EG - You have a test chamber which contains antiquated controls and the heating/cooling system is worse for wear. Electrically, the equipment is out dated and possibly unsafe. The cabinet and insulation are in good condition. To replace would cost considerable dollars which the capital budget does not accommodate (but repair budget does?) and the delivery time exceeds your deadline anyway. CSK Climatek can organize freight to our workshop, dismantle your equipment and based on budget • Perform repairs to the cabinet which can include new paint/ powdercoating • install new current state of the art controls with upgraded electrical system as required by current wiring standards. • CSK can replace and redesign the heating/cooling/ humidification systems as necessary to compliment the new control system, and provide exceptional control stability. • CSK can provide an acceptable turnaround delivery period in time for service deadline. The refurbished item is freighted back to you ready for service again. • The refurbished equipment remains supported and serviced by CSK Climatek with all parts and workmanship covered by our standard warranty. Most types of equipment can be refurbished, such as Freeze Dryers, Commercial Refrigerators, Industrial Water Coolers and Ovens. From experience, CSK Climatek can assess and advise from the start as to whether refurbishment is a viable option for your situation. For specialized equipment, where total replacement is the only option, we can offer to fabricate an updated replacement item. Where available, CSK Climatek can offer hire items to assist during refurbishment or where only short term use is required.
Equipment Hire Another service we provide is hire of equipment for short and long term periods where a client may need additional capacity or they may have a product undergoing repair by CSK Climatek. Either way, our hire inventory continues to grow to further expand the availability of products on offer. All equipment is fully tested upon return from service, ready to be shipped on promptly for the next client. Where applicable, decontamination is enforced from users to prevent cross contamination.
