When testing the viscosity of fluids, it's important that your equipment has fast and
accurate readings. The new Alpha Series viscosity meters distributed by Thermoline
Scientific ensure users have precise measurements in seconds. The units are easy to
use and very economical to buy.

There are three models available which cover viscosity ranges from 20 to 106 000 000
centipoise, all supplied complete with a comprehensive user guide and set of spindles.
Optional adaptors are also available should you require readings outside the range of
the standard spindles.

   Low Viscosity Adaptor

Low Viscosity adapters are used with the rotational viscometers to perform accurate and reproducible measurements on low viscosity materials, from 1 cP (mPa·s), as well as shear rate and shear stress determinations. It is supplied with spindle.

   Heldal Unit Adaptor

Accessory designed for viscosity measurements of non-flowing substances.
In these materials the viscosity cannot be measured by standard methods and spindles due to cavitation effect around the spindle. We recommend using the HELDAL
unit and T-bar spindles for comparative measurements on non-flowing substances.
A Fungilab viscometer is mounted on the Heldal unit, and it restricts measuring head to smoothly run up and down within pre-established limits, allowing constant contact
between T-bar spindle and test sample thanks to the helical line described.
